Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
American Special Order is located at 13625 Rising Run Cir in Athens, Alabama. This is a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront. Call +1 (256) 303-9414 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
American Special Order holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
FFL transfers work across the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact American Special Order first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
