Southern Outdoor Sports

2126 Hartford Highway in Dothan, Alabama, is the location of Southern Outdoor Sports, a business holding a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases. The store is open Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, and on Saturdays from 08:30 to 16:00. Call +1 (334) 793-4590 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before visiting.

A federal firearms license holder acts as an intermediary for firearm transfers across the United States. The seller ships the firearm to the dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Southern Outdoor Sports first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
