The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms), which allows it to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.

A federal firearms license holder acts as the intermediary for firearm transfers across state lines. The seller ships the firearm to this dealer; the buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Jons Guns first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
