Salter Hardware is located at 601 West Front St in Evergreen, Alabama. The store operates Monday–Friday 06:30–17:00. Call +1 (251) 578-2472 to confirm current hours, fees, and availability before you go.
Salter Hardware holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers across the country.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Salter Hardware first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
