The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase, making it a valid destination for incoming shipments.

An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Wood’s Gun Repair Service first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
