This location holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). A Type 01 license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes processing a transfer for a firearm shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.
An FFL transfer anywhere in the United States requires the seller to ship the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Orvis Shooting Grounds At Pursell Farms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
