Orion Sporting Goods holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers. It serves as a legal point of receipt for firearm transactions in accordance with federal regulations.

When purchasing a firearm online or from a private seller, the item is shipped to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Orion Sporting Goods first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
