Holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms), which allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases. This license type permits standard dealer operations for individuals acquiring firearms.

State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Sportsmans Warehouse 159 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
