Ground Strike Tactical holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them, and receive transfers shipped from other locations. This means it can accept a firearm sent from an online purchase or another dealer for transfer to a buyer.
When an FFL transfer occurs, the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check.
