The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license authorizes the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which includes processing a transfer for a firearm shipped from an online purchase.
When purchasing a firearm online or from a private seller in the United States, the seller ships the item to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person, present a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check, while also adhering to any state or local rules. Contact Nelsons Sagebrush Outdoors first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
