Turners Outdoorsman – Norwalk holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them, and receive transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Turners Outdoorsman – Norwalk first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
