Maritime Institute holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Maritime Institute first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
