An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States. The seller ships the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Tea Party Arms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
