The Gun Works holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.

When buying a firearm online or from a private seller in the United States, the seller ships the item to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local laws may add requirements. Contact The Gun Works first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
