Garners is located at 20608 South St in Tehachapi, California. The shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Call +1 (661) 822-5935 to confirm hours, fees, or availability before visiting.
Garners holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers across the country.
An FFL transfer begins when the seller ships the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer must collect it in person, present a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact Garners first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
