The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
An FFL transfer begins when the seller ships the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Big 5 Sporting Goods #66 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
