Muertos holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.

An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer then collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Muertos first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
