Liberty Tree Firearms is located at 1250 South Pagosa Blvd in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The business holds a federal firearms license, which allows it to receive firearm transfers from online sellers or other dealers, provided the buyer completes the required federal background check and paperwork in person.
When a firearm is purchased online or shipped from out of state, the seller sends it directly to this licensed dealer. The buyer must then visit the location with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check before taking possession of the item. State and local laws may impose additional requirements.
Contact Liberty Tree Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges. Always verify current license status and fees before arranging a shipment, as policies and availability can change without notice.
