Merritt Island Gun Company is located at 3420 N Courtenay Pkwy Unit #2 in Merritt Island, Florida, 32953. The store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call (321) 453-4101 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Merritt Island Gun Company holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Merritt Island Gun Company first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
