Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Gis is located at 1100 CLEVELAND ST, UNIT 103 in Clearwater, FL. This is a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront, so you should call +1 (813) 600-9161 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Gis holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Gis first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
