Smallwood’s Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
When buying a firearm online or at a gun show, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check.
