Old South Gunsmithing holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You then collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check.
