Sand Point Guns & Supplies is located at 6115 Waipouli Rd in Kapaa, Hawaii 96746. To confirm current hours, fees, and availability before visiting, call +1 (808) 346-1014.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license permits the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to this chosen dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Sand Point Guns & Supplies first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
