Flint’N Frizzen holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When you buy a firearm online or at a show, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You then collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements.
