The Hunt Shop holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
In an FFL transfer, a seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check.
