An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World #059 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
