This business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). That license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.

When buying a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item to this FFL dealer. You then collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact Jerry’s Tackle And Guns first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
