Stier Arms

Stier Arms is located at 136 West Broadway Boulevard in Johnston City, Illinois. The business operates on a limited schedule, being open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays and from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesdays. You should call +1 (618) 751-1982 to confirm current hours, fees, and availability before making a trip.

Stier Arms holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This specific license category allows the holder to manufacture firearms, deal in them, and receive transfers of firearms shipped from other locations or online purchases. This makes the location suitable for receiving firearms that need to be transferred to a buyer.

An FFL transfer generally involves the seller shipping the firearm directly to this licensed dealer. The buyer must then visit the location in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a federal background check before taking possession. State and local laws may impose additional requirements on this process. Contact Stier Arms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
