North American Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
When you buy a firearm online or at a show, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with a photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact North American Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
