Browns

Browns is located at 334 N Spruce in Stewardson, Illinois, a small community in the central part of the state. The business can be reached at +1 (217) 246-2624 to confirm current operating hours, any applicable transfer fees, and availability before you make the trip to the address.

Browns holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This specific license classification permits the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, which means it is authorized to act as the receiving dealer for a transfer shipped from an online purchase or another private seller.

When purchasing a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item directly to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer. The buyer must then collect the firearm in person, presenting a valid photo ID, completing ATF Form 4473, and passing a background check. State and local laws may add further requirements. Contact Browns first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
