Canyon Creek holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.
When buying a firearm online or from out of state, the seller ships it to your chosen FFL dealer. You then collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check.
