The Money Pit is located at 504 W Gallatin St, Vandalia, IL 62471. It operates with hours of Tuesday 10:00–19:30, Wednesday–Friday 10:00–17:30, and Saturday 09:00–15:00. Call +1 (618) 283-8746 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The Money Pit holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact The Money Pit first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
