An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to this chosen dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Big Johns Racks N Reels Outdoor Mercantile first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
