Cedar Falls Scheels is located at 402 Viking Plaza Dr in Cedar Falls, IA 50613. The store operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call (319) 277-3033 to verify current hours and transfer requirements before visiting.
Cedar Falls Scheels holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.
An FFL transfer begins when the seller ships the firearm directly to this dealer. The buyer must then appear in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a federal background check. State and local laws may impose additional restrictions. Contact Cedar Falls Scheels first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
