Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Silknitter’s Trading Post is located at 2835 Grundy Ave in Hornick, IA 51026. This address is a residential premises and not a walk-in storefront, so visitors should call +1 (712) 635-7143 to confirm hours, fees, and availability before traveling.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
When an FFL transfer occurs, the seller ships the firearm to the dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473, and passes a background check. Contact Silknitter’s Trading Post first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
