The Great Outdoors Gun Shop is located at 102 Grant St in Atwood, Kansas. The store is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and open on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. Call (785) 626-9100 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The Great Outdoors Gun Shop holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase. It serves as a legal intermediary for firearm transactions.
When purchasing a firearm online or from an out-of-state seller, the seller ships the item to your chosen FFL dealer. You must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact The Great Outdoors Gun Shop first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
