Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Steel Rod Armory is located at 16650 60Th Rd in Erie, KS 66733. This is a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront, so you should call +1 (620) 763-2325 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Steel Rod Armory first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
