Kentucky Gun Company holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases to this location. It serves as a compliant point for receiving firearms shipped from out-of-state sellers.
When purchasing a firearm online or from an out-of-state dealer, the seller ships the item directly to this FFL. The buyer must collect it in person with a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add further requirements. Contact Kentucky Gun Company first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
