Viperz Firearms is located at 1104 N Main in Monticello, Kentucky (42633). The business holds a federal firearms license, which allows it to act as an intermediary for firearm transfers. If you have purchased a firearm online or from a private seller out of state, it must be shipped to this licensed dealer before you can take possession.
The specific type of license held determines exactly what transactions are permitted on the premises. A standard dealer license permits the buying, selling, and receiving of firearms, including transfers from other licensed entities. It is essential to verify the current status and specific capabilities of the license before attempting a transfer.
To complete a transfer, you must visit the location in person with a valid government-issued photo ID. You will need to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a federal background check. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact Viperz Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
