Mod 1 is located at 400 Etter Dr Unit #4 in Nicholasville, Kentucky, 40356. The business operates Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00. Call +1 (859) 948-6631 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Mod 1 holds a Type 07 federal firearms license (Manufacturer of Firearms). This license allows the business to manufacture firearms, deal in them, and receive transfers of firearms shipped from online purchases or other dealers.
An FFL transfer works anywhere in the United States: the seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact Mod 1 first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
