Tink’s holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases.

When purchasing a firearm online, the seller ships the item directly to this licensed dealer. The buyer must then collect the firearm in person, present a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local laws may impose additional requirements. Contact Tink’s first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
