Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Union Firearms & Defense Academy is located at 2193 Bleu Yacht Lane in Union, Kentucky, 41091. This premises is a residential address, not a walk-in storefront, so visitors should call +1 (859) 384-7377 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
The business holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to the buyer's chosen dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Union Firearms & Defense Academy first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
