Bay City Discount is located at 717 Adams St, Bay City, MI 48708. The store is open Monday–Friday 09:30–18:00; Saturday 09:30–16:00. Call +1 (989) 893-6649 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Bay City Discount holds a Type 02 federal firearms license (Pawnbroker in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, receive and transfer firearms, including those shipped from online purchases, in the same manner as a pawnbroker.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Bay City Discount first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
