Gold Star Outdoors holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online purchases or other private sellers.

When purchasing a firearm online or from a private party, the seller ships the item to this FFL dealer. The buyer must then collect it in person, present a valid photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local laws may add further requirements. Contact Gold Star Outdoors first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
