The license-status notice above shows whether Otter Firearms currently appears on the ATF licensee list. Call the business to confirm it can receive a transfer before you arrange one.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Otter Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
