Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Rj Surplus is located at 2240 County Road 5 Nw in Hackensack, Minnesota. This premises is a residential address and not a walk-in storefront, so visitors should not expect to simply walk in off the street. Call +1 (218) 251-4531 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Rj Surplus holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
In the United States, a seller ships the firearm to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Rj Surplus first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
