Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
1/8″ Firearms is located at 132 South Church Avenue in Hills, MN 56138. This is a residential address rather than a walk-in storefront. Call +1 (507) 962-3134 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
1/8″ Firearms holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
The seller ships the firearm to the buyer’s chosen FFL dealer; the buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it; state and local rules can add requirements. Contact 1/8″ Firearms first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
