The Rack holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
When buying a firearm online, the seller ships it to the buyer's chosen FFL dealer. The buyer collects it in person with photo ID, completes ATF Form 4473 and passes a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements.
