Residential premises - not a storefront
This federal firearms licence is held at a residential address. The licensee can receive and transfer firearms, but there is no shop to visit. Arrange everything by phone or email before sending anything here.
Stans Place is located at 2820 STATE ROUTE A in Fayette, Missouri. The premises are a residential address – not a walk-in storefront, so you cannot simply walk in off the street. Call +1 (573) 864-9913 to confirm hours, fees and availability before going.
Stans Place holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the dealer to buy, sell and receive firearms, including a transfer shipped from an online purchase.
An FFL transfer works by having the seller ship the firearm to your chosen dealer. You collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking it. State and local rules can add requirements. Contact Stans Place first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
