Top Tier Outdoors is located at 15662 Manchester Rd in Ellisville, MO 63011. The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Call +1 (636) 220-9580 to confirm transfer fees and availability before visiting.
Top Tier Outdoors holds a Type 01 federal firearms license (Dealer in Firearms). This license allows the business to buy, sell, and receive firearms, including transfers shipped from online retailers or other private parties.
An FFL transfer requires the seller to ship the firearm to this dealer. The buyer must collect it in person with photo ID, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a background check. State and local rules may add requirements. Contact Top Tier Outdoors first to confirm it accepts the transfer and what it charges.
